At Elden Wills, we provide straightforward, professional guidance to help you plan for the future with confidence. Our services include Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Asset Protection, helping individuals and families ensure their wishes are clearly documented and their loved ones are protected.
We believe estate planning should be clear and stress-free. That’s why we explain everything in plain English, without unnecessary legal jargon or pressure. We offer flexible appointments by Zoom, phone, or home visit, with fixed-fee Wills starting from just £180.

We proudly support clients across Essex, including Brentwood and surrounding towns, as well as London, Hertfordshire, and Kent. From individuals putting a simple Will in place for the first time to families with complex estates valued at £5 million and above, we provide clear, reliable estate planning guidance tailored to every situation.
What is a Will?
A will is a legal document that states what should happen to a person’s money, property, and belongings after they die. It can also name guardians for children and an executor to carry out those instructions.
Probate is the legal process that takes place after someone dies to confirm that their will is valid and to give the executor the authority to deal with their estate.
A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document that lets someone (the “donor”) appoint one or more trusted people (called “attorneys”) to make decisions on their behalf if they lose mental capacity, or if they choose to delegate decisions while still able.
A trust is a legal arrangement that allows assets such as money, property, or investments to be managed by trusted individuals for the benefit of chosen beneficiaries. Trusts can help protect family wealth, provide for loved ones, and support long-term estate planning.

We offer flexible ways to meet and provide advice, depending on what is most convenient for you. You can choose to speak with us by phone or video call via Zoom, or we can arrange a home visit if you would prefer a face-to-face meeting in your own environment. Our aim is to make the process as accessible and comfortable as possible, whichever option you choose.
During your initial conversation, we take the time to understand your personal circumstances and what you would like to achieve. We will talk through any questions you may have and explain your options clearly in plain English, without legal jargon. This ensures you feel fully informed and confident before making any decisions.
Once we understand your wishes, we carefully prepare your Will or other estate planning documents based entirely on your instructions. Everything is tailored to your individual situation to ensure your intentions are clearly reflected and your documents are legally correct and properly structured.
Before anything is completed, we carry out a detailed review of your documents to ensure everything is accurate and reflects your wishes correctly. We will go through everything with you, make any final adjustments if needed, and only proceed once you are completely happy. Once confirmed, your documents are finalised and securely put in place.
We love our customers, so feel free to call us or fill out the form to arrange a face-to-face consultation.
